Teams have never moved this fast.

Most of that effort never reaches value.

Finding value is a skill and very few people have it.

Even then, it takes leadership to lay a trail the whole team can follow.

Only then does the effort reach value.

Product leadership.

We find where the value is, and lay the trail a team can follow.

Product leadership for companies that can build almost anything and need to know what to build. Based in Singapore, working across Asia.

  • Strategy, design and engineering in one group
  • Teams of people, and now of agents
  • Two days a week, or the whole thing

What we do

Four jobs. One of them is yours today.

You have more ideas than people to build them, or a product that has stopped moving. We talk to your customers, read your numbers and sit with your team, then come back with what to build next, what to stop, and why.

You get a decision, written down, with the evidence behind it.

We turn the decision into something a team can build: what the product does, how it feels to use, and the order it ships in. Weave, our design practice, carries the experience and the interface.

You get a product definition, a designed experience and a release plan.

We run delivery with your team, with ours, or with agents doing work a team used to do. One plan, one place where the facts live, and a working build in front of you every week. Forge, our engineering practice, does the building.

You get software that runs, and a team that knows why it was built.

Product leadership on retainer, for companies that need a head of product before they can hire one, or between hires. Two days a week, in your meetings, accountable for the roadmap.

You get someone who owns the hard calls, and makes them.

How we work now

One lead. A few people. A lot of agents.

On our recent builds, work that used to need a team of eight ran as parallel agent sessions, each with its own written brief, merged by a person who read every change. It is faster. It also makes it easier to build the wrong thing quickly, so the work that matters most has moved to the two ends: deciding what gets built, and checking what comes back.

DecideA person decides what is worth building.
BriefEvery piece of work starts as a written brief.
BuildAgents and engineers build in parallel.
CheckA person reviews every change before it ships.

Work

Recent work.

Draft for review. Clients stay unnamed until we agree what can be said.

A platform that redefines CRM for dealer networks

We shaped the story, wrote the site and built the experience that opens it: one customer record drawn as a living system, told in a single continuous scroll.

A working CRM for a serviced-residence group, built in a week

A platform the operator's team could sign into and use on their own, from guest records to campaigns. It was built as eight agent sessions running in parallel, and every change was reviewed before it merged.
